I'm Zoe - a personal trainer and menopause coach based in Lincolnshire, specialising in helping women in midlife lose body fat, build strength and feel confident in their bodies again. I work with women who are done with quick fixes, fad diets and punishing workout plans that aren't built to last. My approach is straightforward: sustainable nutrition, progressive strength training and no unnecessary nonsense. I'm not here to hand you a meal plan and wish you luck. I'm here to help you understand your body, build habits that actually stick, and get results that don't disappear the minute the programme ends. Consistency over perfection. Every single time.
